401(k) matching Bonus based on performance Company parties Competitive salary Dental insurance Free uniforms Health insurance Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Training & development Vision insurance Tilson's Auto Repair is looking for someone who is knowledgeable about vehicles and has worked in a professional repair shop, someone who can efficiently write repair estimates (parts and labor ) and be able to prioritize the repairs the car needs by looking at the cars inspection report and be able to be able to make sense of technician jargon, someone who knows what parts will all be involved with replacing most aspects of the cars. Someone who is a good time manager, someone who can decipher the car's history when pricing out time and mileage recommendations so that things are not getting doubled up on. Someone who can help get cars checked in when they are dropped off and make sure all labor jobs are correct and authorized so we can get them to the technicians asap. There will be some service advising with this job, but main job duties will be checking cars in, reviewing ro's going to the techs, getting them to the techs, writing up repair estimates in proper prioritizing format and working with the techs to make sure labor times are correct. Managing inventory, tracking cores and returns and making sure they go back to the right vendors in a timely manner. Managing special order parts and updating timelines for when parts are expected. Requirements and Responsibilities Source and order quality parts accurately while balancing cost, quality, and turnaround time Look up corresponding labor times for parts Reviewing cars history Receive, inspect, and match parts to repair orders while managing returns and cores Maintain organized inventory levels and perform regular counts and adjustments Communicate clearly with service advisors and technicians regarding parts status and ETAs Build and maintain strong vendor relationships while supporting pricing and margin goals Being able to work with advisors, techs, and customers in a positive and professional manner You May Be a
