By ensuring the right parts are available at the right time, you directly impact the operational uptime and efficiency of our fleet and client equipment. Responsibilities Analyze technical requirements to accurately identify and procure specialized heavy diesel components. Optimize inventory health by maintaining precise stock levels and executing efficient replenishment strategies. Partner with field technicians to diagnose repair needs and expedite the delivery of essential parts. Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle, from vendor procurement to final shipment tracking. Drive service excellence by providing expert technical guidance to internal and external stakeholders. Continuously evaluate emerging industry technologies to expand your technical product expertise. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated success in parts procurement or inventory control within the heavy equipment sector. Comprehensive understanding of diesel engine systems and heavy machinery components. Proficiency in inventory management software and standard office productivity tools. Preferred Skills Formal technical training or certification in diesel mechanics. Advanced experience with ERP or specialized parts cataloging systems. Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced logistics environments.
