Help for Job Description. Opens a new window. Parts Sales Rep promotes superior service to both internal and external customers. You will be responsible for finding the correct part for the customer and ensuring we meet or exceed the customer's parts expectation.

What You Will Do in

This Role:

Deliver exceptional customer serviceAnswer customer questions or seek resolution to questions or concernsHelp load orders into vehicles by hand, forklift and hand trucksEnsure customers are up-to-date on order statusDisassemble and assemble all types of hydraulic hosesParticipate in weekend work schedules as well as after-hour work as neededAudit and inventory parts to maintain inventory accuracyTravel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.

Physical & Working Requirements:

This role involves active work in a parts warehouse and distribution environment. The employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

These functions may include:

Occasional lifting of heavier items up to 75 poundsRegularlifting and carrying of parts weighing up to 50poundsStanding and walking for extended periods, with occasional sittingFrequent bending, crouching, and reaching at various heights, including overheadPushing and pulling materials or equipment with moderate to heavy forceClimbing stairs, ladders, or equipment to access inventoryFrequent use of hands for gripping, handling, and fine motor coordination when working with parts and toolsMaintaining full range of motion, including neck and trunk movement and rotationPerforming tasks requiring coordination of hands, feet, and visual focusOperating warehouse tools and equipment safely (e.g., carts, lifts, or other department tools)Visual abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustmentCommunicating effectively to support team coordination and customer needsDriving or traveling for business purposes, depending on location and role responsibilities
