Assists the Body Shop Parts Department with ordering, receiving, organizing, and tracking parts needed for vehicle repairs. Works closely with technicians, estimators, vendors, and insurance companies to ensure the correct parts are available when needed. Maintains accurate parts records, checks deliveries for accuracy and damage, and keeps the parts area clean and organized. Provides excellent customer service and supports the Body Shop team in maintaining an efficient repair process.
