Job Description
Inside the Role This position is responsible for inventory movement in Navision, cycle counting, adjusting data entry, and performing as needed duties within the materials department by way of the established remanufacturing process. Primary responsibilities include completing accurate data entry records, cycle count, proficiency in Navision, RFID, & Microsoft office, and collaboration with planners. What You Drive at DTNA Perform physically demanding manufacturing duties including: repetitive processes, moderate to heavy lifting, the use of machinery, and following standardized work procedures Refresh jobs, print job cards, massage component list and create warehouse picks Log jobs to quality cart log Log jobs on RFID dashboard Collaborate with planners with parts issues Collaboration with Plant #2 for Reman parts Data entry of parts into RFID. Print parts reports to ensure stocking & inventory accuracy Use of Navision for parts movement, data entry, and research location of parts and part numbers. Knowledge of computers, tablets, printers, and scanners. Willing to relocate to different plants, buildings, warehouses, etc. when needed. Operate hoist, hand tools, forklift, hand truck, and picker. Professional Communication skills with vendors. Properly identify component parts by learning identification numbers Adhere to established work rotation plan Complete training matrix for each rotation position Ability to read and understand Work Station Instructions Other tasks and/or duties as requested Knowledge You Should Bring Must be capable of repetitive hand manipulation, grasping and supporting power tools Must be able to stand on concrete for entire shift with repetitive bending, stooping, twisting, reaching and lifting up to 50 pounds . Experience in Navision and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to work in a repetitive motion environment Read, understand and complete documentation Willingness to cross-train throughout the area Ability to collaborate with a team and work independently Ability to work overtime when necessary Established satisfactory attendance record and performance rating Must maintain a clean work area. Meet quality standards and implement continuous improvement measures Cross train on other jobs as required Exceptional Candidates Might Have Previous experience in a manufacturing (automotive/trucking) environment Previous mechanical experience High School Diploma / GED preferred and further college education a plus Where We Work This position is open to applicants who can work in (or relocate to) the following location(s)- Byesville, OH US.
