Vehicle Quote Specialist Mike Albert Leasing - 3.8 Cincinnati, OH Job Details Full-time 10 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Spreadsheets Direct client contact Math Computer skills Excel data analysis Full Job Description The Vehicle Quote Specialist serves as the central resource for obtaining, maintaining, and validating vehicle data and specifications to support accurate quoting. This role also completes lease contract and vehicle order maintenance activities as requested by associates.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities and expected outcomes, including accuracy, timeliness, and service standards. Maintain manufacturer- and client-specific data tables that support quoting tools as new information is received. Monitor production build-out and start-up information from Auto data and other sources and communicate relevant updates to internal clients. Manually build vehicle specifications when they are not provided by the vendor. Create and maintain client-specific vehicle upfit configurations using vendor quotes that are provided or obtained. Complete acceptance of contract revisions and extensions. Process quote acceptance after the client returns the Vehicle Quote and VLO to the client-facing team, ensuring order accuracy. Attend manufacturer product presentations to stay current on vehicle and industry changes and serve as the primary internal contact for specification and pricing updates from third-party sources. Serve as the primary resource for specification questions and vehicle recommendations based on client priorities. Work with vendors to obtain quotes for aftermarket upfit equipment. Generate vehicle quotes as requested. Support other areas and complete additional duties or projects as requested or assigned by the Structure Manager. Provide excellent customer service to clients, associates, and vendors.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently stands, walks, uses hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reaches with hands and arms. The role also requires the ability to use a keyboard, monitor, phone, and standard office equipment.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment, including computers, phones, scanners, fax machines, and copiers.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum education, experience, skills, and physical abilities needed to perform the job. Preferred to have an associate or bachelor's degree in business, communications, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow established processes. Strong math and analytical skills, including the ability to evaluate multiple factors, perform calculations, and draw conclusions from reviewed data. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to support requests from internal and external clients. Interest in the vehicle industry and a strong desire to develop subject-matter knowledge. Advanced computer skills, including experience with spreadsheets and proficiency in Excel functions.
