We have been in business for over 30 years and provide a family like environment and truly take care of our employees. In this role, you will serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors, managing front desk operations while overseeing parts administration and inventory control. Duties Order and track parts needed by the technicians. Verify parts when they come in and transfer to its respective locations. Oversee parts returns and supplies. Maintain accurate records of parts administration. Greet customers, vendors, and visitors professionally, providing exceptional customer service at the front desk Manage incoming calls and emails. Utilize Microsoft Office and Management system to track inventory and service orders. This role involves alternating between desk-based computer work and physical tasks such as lifting packages up to 30 lbs and moving between office and garage areas. Keep office and shop clean and tidy. Assist in any additional tasks that would is needed. Skill and Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills, both in person and over the phone Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office and management software. Organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent internal communication skills to coordinate across departments effectively. Ability to handle data entry accurately while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Automotive parts familiarity is a plus. Spanish speaking is a plus.
