Counter Sales Representative:

As a Counter Sales Representative , you'll be the face of our parts operation, helping customers identify and order the right components to keep their machines running.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Ensure accuracy of all incoming and outgoing parts orders
• Assist customers with part numbers, quantities, availability, freight, and delivery timelines

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years in a customer service or sales role
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn construction parts quickly
• Strong computer skills
• Clear, professional communication across all channels

Strongly Preferred:

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Experience using Caterpillar (CAT) systems
