In this role, you will serve as the face of our brand, providing expert guidance on products, assisting customers with their needs, and ensuring a seamless store operation. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help foster lasting relationships with customers. Duties Greet customers warmly and engage with them to understand their needs, offering tailored product recommendations. Demonstrate product features and benefits clearly to inform purchasing decisions. Manage inventory levels by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and conducting regular stock checks to ensure product availability. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and processing credit/debit payments. Maintain organized inventory control. Support marketing initiatives by promoting ongoing sales, special offers, or new product launches to customers. Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are upheld through routine maintenance and organization of the sales floor. Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy, utilizing excellent phone etiquette. Skills Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with diverse customers. Proven experience in retail sales or dealership environments is preferred. Excellent organizational skills for inventory management, stock control, and order fulfillment. Negotiation skills to upsell products and close sales confidently while maintaining customer satisfaction. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing cashiering duties like cash handling and retail math calculations. Strong phone etiquette for professional communication with customers over the phone or in person.
