About the Role The Pricing Coordinator prepares and delivers quotations for existing products and customers. What You'll Do Generate customer quotes using established company pricing sheets and guidelines Review assembly BOM (Bill of Materials) for non-standard purchased parts and coordinate with Pursuit Buyer to ensure accuracy for costing and lead time. Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple quote requests daily Clear communication skills for professional email correspondence with clients Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel) and basic office software Ability to follow instructions and execute standard operating procedures exactly Support achievement of key account performance metrics and scorecards Support efforts to improve and maintain on-time delivery (OTD) through accurate lead times. Accurately enter and manage sales data in internal systems, including Request for Quotes (RFQs). Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, including quote status. Provide administrative support to Regional Sales Managers and Applications Engineers when required Collaborate with Customer Service support to ensure efficient and accurate order processing Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams across a range of roles and styles Perform other related duties to support the sales environment as required and assigned

What We're Looking For Required Qualifications:

Must have a minimum of one or two years' experience in an administrative function. Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar preferred. U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident to satisfy
