Overview:
Responsible for the entire process of assigned market operations. This process includes loading and delivering products and equipment, booth set-up and take-down, sales and customer service, accurate reporting, adhering to all regulatory food safety handling, and safe operation of a company vehicle. Serve as a company representative to all market customers while adhering to the company's mission, vision, and values.
Responsibilities:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted. Deliver superior customer service as the company representative at the designated market. Responsible for overall food sales at various market locations. Carefully monitor food safety temperatures, maintain logs, and track inventory use. Responsible for booth and equipment set-up and take-down at each assigned market. Safely operate the company vehicle and handling of equipment. Abide by all driving laws and apply best practices for safety while loading and unloading. Execute all assigned event operations, including loading, transportation, setup, service, and breakdown of booth and equipment Provide consistent, high-quality customer service while representing the company in a professional manner Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments responsibly Support event sales by maintaining product knowledge and engaging with customers Monitor and comply with all food safety standards, including temperature control, safe handling, and required logging Assist with inventory management by tracking product usage and communicating low stock or supply needs Follow all safety procedures when handling equipment, loading/unloading, and operating within event environments Adapt to changing event conditions, including high volume, weather, or operational adjustments Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient and smooth event execution Complete post-event responsibilities, including breakdown, cleaning, and accurate reporting of sales and inventory
Qualifications:
Experiance in retail sales or customer service Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team environment, adapting to changing organizational and operational needs. Possess a valid CA Class C driver's license for at least three years and a clean driving record. Must hold a food handlers' certificate and possess general knowledge of food safety practices. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred but not required. Possess basic computer skills to navigate relevant systems and applications effectively. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted. Must be willing to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs.
