Shapewear is looking for a bilingual, fashion-forward Sales Associate & Brand Ambassador who knows that the best sales experience never feels like a sales pitch. It feels personal, polished, confidence-building, and unforgettable. This is NOT a stand-behind-the-counter retail job. At DM Shapewear, you will create high-touch shapewear consultations, help clients discover the fit that makes them feel incredible, and turn meaningful conversations into loyal client relationships. You will represent the brand in the Palm Desert community and through authentic, brand-appropriate social media content. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Welcome every client warmly and deliver a polished, luxury boutique experience.
• Conduct thoughtful shapewear consultations that help clients feel comfortable, confident, and understood.
• Learn each client's needs, goals, comfort level, and style preferences, then guide them to the right shapewear, size, fit, and styling options.
• Recommend complete solutions, including complementary items, while naturally upselling and cross-selling when it adds real value.
• Confidently ask for the sale, handle hesitation with integrity, and close with a client-first approach.
• Build lasting client relationships through follow-up, referrals, community outreach, and appropriate social-media engagement.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Stay current on product features, fit guidance, fashion trends, and sales techniques.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, polished, and inviting boutique.

YOU ARE A GREAT FIT IF YOU ARE

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to comfortably build rapport and conduct sales conversations in both languages.
• A confident, outgoing communicator who makes people feel welcome quickly.
• A top producer, proven closer, or highly motivated seller with a record of meeting sales goals, building repeat business, or growing a client base.
• Passionate about fashion, shapewear, beauty, wellness, fitness, styling, or helping people look and feel their best.
• Naturally sales-minded. You enjoy discovering needs, making recommendations, following up, overcoming objections, and asking for the close.
• Motivated by goals, commission, recognition, client relationships, and performance-based growth.
• Comfortable appearing in authentic, brand-appropriate social content and talking about products you genuinely believe in.
• Reliable, professional, coachable, polished, and available for flexible retail hours, including weekends.

Experience in commission sales, specialty retail, fashion, beauty, fitness, hospitality, clienteling, or luxury service is strongly valued. Shapewear experience is a plus, but a passion for learning and a commitment to creating a high-touch client experience are essential.
