We're a local, owner-operated family business helping customers care for their homes, properties, and vehicles. We're looking for approachable, dependable people to introduce our services and turn conversations into bookings. Previous sales experience is welcome, but it isn't required. What you'll do Introduce Blue Palm to potential customers through neighborhood outreach, canvassing, networking, and referrals. Ask about their needs and explain our window cleaning, solar panel cleaning, pressure washing, mobile detailing, and trash bin cleaning services. Use our pricing guidance to help customers choose services and book appointments. Follow up with interested people, keep clear customer notes, and build repeat business. You'll develop your own leads and handle your customer relationships from first conversation through the sale. Our technicians perform the cleaning services. What you'll get Flexibility to organize your outreach and follow-ups around your schedule. Training on our services, pricing, customer conversations, and booking process. Direct access to the owner for questions and support. Practical experience in local marketing, sales, and relationship building. Weekly payment of earned commissions and higher rates on additional qualifying sales as you move through the weekly tiers. How you earn This is a commission-only sales opportunity, with no base salary or guaranteed weekly earnings. Commissions start at 25% on the first $500 of eligible weekly sales revenue. Successive tiers increase to 40% on the portion above $2,500. Each percentage applies only to revenue within its tier.

Example:

A qualifying $300 job within the starting tier earns $75 in commission. Qualifying recurring service arrangements can earn 25% commission for up to 12 months while you remain active with Blue Palm and the arrangement remains in effect, under the written commission agreement. Commissions are earned after qualifying services are completed and customer payments are collected, subject to the written agreement, and paid weekly. Actual earnings depend on eligible sales. Who should apply We welcome people with backgrounds in retail, restaurants, hotels, customer service, delivery, promotions, or sales, along with applicants exploring their first sales opportunity. You'll fit well if you enjoy starting conversations, follow through on commitments, stay organized, and are willing to learn. You should be comfortable reaching out to new people and working independently to find customers in the Coachella Valley.
