We are partnering with local Events and Retailers in New Mexico and are looking for outgoing individuals to set free consultations. This is a part time position, the shifts will range from 4-6 hours each and the position will be 15-25 hours per week based on performance and availability. You must be comfortable being on your feet for the entire shift and be willing to engage with everyone passing by. Your job is to approach customers in-store to see if they are having any issues with their windows and doors. Once you have an interested home owner, you will have a brief conversation about the type of concerns they have. Our job is to offer a solution to their dissatisfaction by having one of our Design Consultants visit their home to inspect their windows and doors, and to provide them exact pricing that is guaranteed for a full year. The more appointments you're able to set with prospective clients, the bigger your bi-weekly and monthly bonus will be! Our agents average $25-$40 per hour. We offer ongoing training so that you are set up for success.
