We are seeking a team of multi-branded Freelance Skincare and/or Haircare Experts to support our amazing Ulta Beauty and Sephora stores in the Philadelphia PA area. In this role, you will leverage your beauty expertise and customer service to provide personalized consultations, product recommendations, and skincare and/or haircare demonstrations. As a Freelance Beauty Expert, you will play a vital role in elevating our brand's reputation for exceptional customer care and expert advice. Responsibilities Conduct personalized skincare and/or haircare consultations to assess clients' concerns, and goals. Meet hourly SPH goal of $100/hr Demonstrate proper product application methods, including skincare/haircare application when relevant, to enhance client experience. Educate clients on routines, product benefits, and ingredient information to support informed purchasing decisions. Build strong relationships with guests and Ulta/Sephora teams. Assist with merchandising efforts by stocking shelves, organizing product displays, and ensuring store presentation aligns with current brand expecations/standards. Experience Proven experience in a retail sales, beauty, or skincare/haircare consulting environment. Familiarity with product knowledge, regimen building, and achieving sales targets. Strong communication skills Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a freelance setting.
