This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people, staying active, and helping homeowners learn about options for improving their homes. As a Brand Ambassador, your main goal will be to create positive interactions, introduce homeowners to our window, door, and siding replacement services , and generate qualified leads for free in-home estimates. Responsibilities Represent Window Depot of Philadelphia professionally at community events, festivals, home shows, and retail locations. Greet and engage homeowners in friendly, natural conversations about their home improvement needs. Explain our window, door, and siding replacement services and help interested homeowners request a free estimate. Collect accurate lead and contact information from interested homeowners. Assist with setting up and breaking down event displays, including pop-up tents, tables, banners, signage, and promotional materials . Load, unload, carry, and organize event equipment and marketing materials as needed. Attend occasional meetings and pick up or return event equipment at our East Falls, Philadelphia location . Requirements Friendly, dependable, and comfortable starting conversations with new people. Weekend availability is required , as many events take place Saturdays and Sundays. Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record . Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to events throughout the Greater Philadelphia area. Ability to travel to East Falls for meetings, training, and equipment pickup or drop-off. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time during events. Ability to safely lift and carry event materials and assist with tent and display setup and breakdown . Previous customer service, retail, event, promotional, or sales experience is helpful but not required. Compensation & Benefits This position pays $20 per hour , plus opportunities to earn bonuses and commission based on lead generation and performance . This is a part-time position and does not include health benefits . The schedule will vary depending on event availability, with a strong emphasis on weekends. Interested in Joining Us?
