Atlas Empowered is hiring entry-level Brand Ambassadors to support nonprofit campaign's across Nashville. You meet people at our fundraising events, share the cause, and invite them to become ongoing donors. This is a paid, face-to-face fundraising job. Some people stop to chat. Others keep walking. You learn to make the ask and treat each person with respect. What you do Start conversations and answer questions about the cause. Ask for support. Explain donation amounts and repeat payments before each sign-up. Help donors sign up and check their details. Work toward daily and weekly goals with your team. What you get We give you paid training and ongoing coaching . You practice with your team and get feedback you can use. You build skills in sales, fundraising, and customer service. You learn to listen, explain the cause and ask for support. This position leads to upper-management and executive positions . We only source our talent from our entry level fundraiser role.
