This is a part-time, flexible position requiring the ability to travel between multiple properties based on business needs. Reliable transportation is required , and paid mileage is provided for travel between properties .

Compensation:

Hourly pay plus leasing bonuses Must be comfortable working independently and adapting to different property locations and schedules Qualifications Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred Property management or leasing experience is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work independently at multiple communities Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required Must be available to work weekends and maintain a flexible schedule Responsibilities Meet with prospective renters and conduct tours of available units Follow up with prospective residents and leasing leads Prepare leasing documents in accordance with company policies and property regulations Process rent payments, security deposits, and application fees Keep residents informed of changes to rental agreements, community policies, and upcoming property issues Build strong relationships with current and prospective residents while providing excellent customer service Monitor community amenities and facilities, including mailrooms, fitness centers, laundry rooms, and common areas Assist with leasing and property operations at various communities as needed Travel between assigned properties based on weekly business needs If you are an experienced leasing or customer service professional looking for a flexible part-time opportunity with an established property management company, we encourage you to apply.
