We are a Southern California commercial real estate company specializing in multifamily properties and are looking for someone to help strengthen our brand and digital presence.

Responsibilities:

Manage Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook Create and post engaging real estate content Film and edit short-form videos, Reels, and TikToks Develop content ideas and a consistent posting schedule Maintain consistent branding across platforms Assist with Google Business Profile and digital marketing Track engagement and help generate awareness and leads Help create English and Spanish content

What We're Looking For:

Social media management and content creation experience Strong video/photo editing skills Understanding of digital marketing and branding Creative, organized, and consistent Real estate experience is a plus Bilingual English/Spanish is a major plus This is a part-time/freelance opportunity with room to grow.
