We're seeking a reliable California-licensed real estate agent for recurring rental listings, showings, and property management assignments throughout San Diego County. We provide the properties and clients—no prospecting required. Responsibilities include leasing coordination, showings, tenant screening support, move-ins and move-outs, rent collection, resident communication, maintenance and vendor coordination, and property performance reporting. Renovation oversight may be needed. Qualifications Active California real estate license. Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills. Familiarity with property management software and fair housing requirements. Availability for on-site work and occasional evenings or weekends. Residential or multifamily management experience preferred.
