Overview Join our dynamic real estate team as an Administrative Assistant, where your organizational skills and positive attitude will play a vital role in supporting our daily operations. Responsibilities Serve as the front desk ambassador, greeting visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously Handle data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications and specialized real estate software Maintain organized filing systems for contracts, client information, and property documents Assist with office management duties such as supply ordering, calendar scheduling, and document proofreading Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information Qualifications Proven office management or administrative experience in a professional setting, preferably within real estate or related fields Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and time management abilities Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for effective client interaction Prior experience with clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, data entry, and customer support is preferred Personal assistant or office support experience will be considered an asset This role offers a vibrant work environment where your proactive approach will help streamline operations and enhance client satisfaction. Pay:
$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
