Full-Time About the Role CTM Management is seeking a friendly, motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team in San Marcos. This role focuses on leasing apartments, providing excellent customer service to residents and prospects, and helping maintain strong occupancy at the community. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist prospective residents in person, by phone, and online Conduct apartment tours and present available homes Follow up with leads and manage the leasing pipeline Process applications and assist with lease preparation and signing Maintain accurate records in property management software Provide excellent customer service to current residents Work with the property team to ensure a positive resident experience Qualifications 3+ years of sales or apartment leasing experience required Experience with Yardi and RealPage OnSite required Strong communication and customer service skills Organized and detail-oriented Professional attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Weekend availability may be required Compensation Starting at $22/hour Lease-up commission structure based on signed leases Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and company holidays Leasing commissions and performance incentives Opportunities for growth within the company
