Leasing Agent Fountain Village - 4.5 Manchester, CT Job Details Part-time $19 - $25 an hour 7 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Sales Filing Real estate market analysis Market research experience within real estate industry Tenants Office record organization Full Job Description Maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheets, workbooks as needed. Assist management with market analysis; Schedule appointments for and take prospective residents to view model/vacant apartments. Assist in preparation of leases and complete process for tenant move in, i.e., Move-In, Move-Out inspection reports; Renewal Process; Resident Transfers; Parking Permits. Perform clerical tasks including but not limited to ordering supplies as necessary; Pool Pins; appointments for exterminator; filing and miscellaneous office tasks. Prepare miscellaneous correspondence and paperwork dealing with residents and resident issues as necessary.
