Typical responsibilities include:

Preparing vacant apartments for new residents Completing resident work orders in a timely and professional manner Performing interior and exterior painting, basic carpentry, basic plumbing, and basic HVAC-related tasks Replacing or repairing fixtures, faucets, toilets, filters, motors, window coverings, and related building components Maintaining grounds, including mowing, trimming, debris cleanup, snow removal, and seasonal property maintenance Operating tools and motorized equipment, including mowers, tractors, UTVs, and snow-removal equipment Reporting building, equipment, or safety concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor Assisting with inventory, special projects, resident notices, and other maintenance-related duties as assigned What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is reliable, safety-conscious, respectful when working in and around residents' homes, and comfortable handling a wide range of hands-on maintenance tasks. The right candidate can work independently, communicate professionally, and take pride in keeping properties clean, functional, and well cared for. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required One to five years of general maintenance experience preferred Trade school, military maintenance training, or similar hands-on experience preferred Experience in at least one maintenance trade, such as plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, painting, or grounds maintenance, is helpful Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and auto insurance required Ability to lift and move items up to 70 lbs. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, landscaping equipment, and motorized equipment

Work-Life Balance:

Predictable daytime weekday schedule, with no regular nights or weekends

Additional Availability:

Emergency on-call rotation, weather-related support, and overtime may be required as needed, but the regular schedule is Monday through Friday during daytime hours.
