•Calling All Closers!

•We're looking for a proven High-Ticket Sales Closer to join our real estate acquisitions team. This is not an entry-level sales role by any means—we're seeking someone with a demonstrated track record of closing high-value deals, carries strong negotiation skills, and has the ability to confidently guide motivated sellers from initial conversation to the closing table. The ideal candidate for this role is highly driven, coachable, competitive, and most importantly wants to win! We are a high-volume real estate investment company specializing in fix & flip and creative real estate deals, currently closing 30+ acquisitions per month. We have the leads, systems, marketing, and processes in place. We're looking for a proven closer who can take our acquisitions team to the next level as we expand into other counties. This is an opportunity for an elite salesperson who has a documented history of closing high value deals and wants to operate at an elite level within a fast-growing, local organization. Our acquisitions team is highly process-driven, with a very disciplined approach to identifying, evaluating, and executing real estate investment opportunities. We follow a structured acquisition process designed to ensure that every opportunity is thoroughly analyzed, key risks are identified, and investment decisions are supported by data and sound underwriting.



From initial deal sourcing and screening through financial analysis, due diligence, negotiations, and closing, our team operates with clear workflows, defined benchmarks, and consistent attention to detail. We value accountability, organization, and follow-through, all while continuously refining our processes to improve efficiency and execution. Duties Negotiate purchase contracts with property sellers Maintain a consistent and steady pipeline with diligent notes Coordinate with acquisitions management and transaction coordinators Follow company process guidelines for executing purchases Analyze property details and seller motivation Track leads and deals in CRM systems Negotiate price, terms, and closing timelines Maintain strong seller relationships Present cash offers and creative solutions Requirements Proven track record of closing high-ticket sales — required Must be able to provide verifiable examples of past sales performance — required Experience in real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, investment sales, or a related field — strongly preferred Ability to confidently handle seller objections, negotiate, and close deals Strong phone, communication, rapport-building, and negotiation skills Comfortable discussing property value, offers, motivation, and deal structure Ability to follow up and manage a pipeline of opportunities showing consistent results Results-driven and accountable — measured by contracts closed and revenue generated Self-motivated, competitive, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment Experience with CRMs, sales pipelines, and structured follow-up processes Compensation will include base + commission / performance-based incentives depending on experience Must be willing and able to consent to and pass a background check
