For licensed agents who want income while they close their pipeline, Trustpoint Realty offers a $500 per week draw against future commissions.

How it works:

$500 per week paid to you as a draw The draw is repaid to the brokerage out of commission when any transaction closes Remaining commission proceeds are yours, on top of a full commission structure At the six month mark, the brokerage reevaluates whether to continue the draw This program bridges the gap between prospecting and your first closings, so you're not going months with no income while you build your business. We provide scripts and hands on mentorship, and are available to help with any questions along the way. We're looking for someone who: Holds an active Florida real estate license Takes initiative and can work a pipeline through to close Preferred (not required): Experience in commercial real estate Experience cold calling Experience using a CRM Spanish speaking
