- $50,000 a year 3 hours ago Qualifications Spanish Real Estate License Practicing real estate Achieving real estate commissions Real estate salesperson license Full Job Description Trustpoint Realty is offering a new agent program that few brokerages in South Florida provide: a guaranteed income while you build your pipeline.
How it works:
An initial term of six months with a partial base salary (guaranteed compensation up to $50,000 annualized) 10 to 30 percent commission on any closings you source or work yourself, on top of your salary At the six month mark, we sit down and reevaluate. Agents who prove themselves move to a stronger commission split going forward This program exists to give capable agents room to build a real pipeline instead of starting on commission alone with no safety net. We provide scripts and hands on mentorship, and are available to help with any questions along the way. We're looking for someone who:- Holds an active Florida real estate license
- Is willing to work leads and calls consistently
- Wants to build a lasting career, not just close one deal Preferred (not required): Spanish speaking
Pay:
$40,000.00- $50,000.
