We are looking for a part time Leasing Consultant for a property in the Palmetto Bay area. Responsibilities Renting apartments, attending to prospects via phone, in person or via electronic mail, including resident activities and compliance requirements. Assist the Property Manager/Assistant Manager in maintaining organization of the office, files, binders, etc. as needed. Answer all incoming phone calls in a positive and professional manner, fill out welcome cards. Receive, maintain and organize all applications and resident files Process applications. Keep the resident referral updated. Turnover of units. Skills Experience in customer service Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Outlook and Internet Usage Customer-focused approach. Highly motivated, organized and able to handle multiple tasks at once. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required. Position offers competitive salary and benefits.
