Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic real estate team as a dedicated Real Estate Assistant! This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity to support residential and commercial property transactions as well as business brokering . You will play a key role in managing commercial listings, facilitating business sales, building client relationships, and handling high-level administrative operations. You'll be instrumental in streamlining processes, creating strong marketing campaigns, and ensuring strict real estate compliance . You should have several years of real estate admin and/or transaction coordination experience. Duties Manage commercial property listings and business brokering opportunities, including property marketing, client prospecting, valuation support, deal coordination, and real estate compliance Assist with residential and commercial property listings, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials to attract buyers, tenants, and investors Support full-cycle business brokering transactions from initial outreach through due diligence and closing Ensure all transactions and documentation meet federal, state, and local real estate compliance standards Support negotiation processes between buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and business owners to facilitate successful transactions Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, document preparation, record keeping, and CRM management Maintain strong communication with clients, vendors, and team members to provide exceptional customer service Requirements Proven experience in real estate administration or property management is highly preferred Strong knowledge of real estate compliance requirements and best practices Experience or strong interest in commercial real estate and business brokering is a significant plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment Exceptional attention to detail is a must Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus Knowledge of negotiation techniques and sales strategies to support deal closures Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build lasting client relationships Administrative experience with proficiency in office software and real estate platforms Experience with Dotloop Like to Haves (Preferred) Active Real Estate License (highly valued) Experience with Crexi & CoStar Transactional coordinator experience Professional phone etiquette and experience answering phones in a real estate or high-volume office setting
