We're looking for an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team at Hanover Park Blu! If you're skilled in leasing, marketing, and resident relations, and you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect fit.

What You'll Do:

Greet and tour prospective residents, highlighting our community features. Manage the leasing process from inquiry to move-in. Market available units online and through community outreach. Use Yardi and RentCafe CRM IQ to track leads, applications, and leases. Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects.

What We're Looking For:

Previous residential leasing and marketing experience (required). Bilingual in Spanish and English (required). Familiarity with Yardi and RentCafe CRM IQ. Strong sales and customer service skills. Organized, reliable, and able to work weekends as needed.
