We're looking for an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team at Ravine Woods Apartments! If you're skilled in leasing, marketing, and resident relations — and you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment — this could be the perfect fit.

What You'll Do:

Greet and tour prospective residents, highlighting our community features. Manage the leasing process from inquiry to move-in. Support leasing for multiple properties in town. Market available units online, on social platforms, and through community outreach. Use Yardi and RentCafe CRM IQ to track leads, applications, and leases. Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects.

What We're Looking For:

Previous residential leasing and marketing experience (required). Familiarity with Yardi and RentCafe CRM IQ . Strong sales and customer service skills. Organized, reliable, and able to work weekends as needed. If you're ready to make an impact and grow your leasing career, apply today!
