This position is Part-Time with a max of 24 hours. Duties will include but are not limited to the following: Lease apartments to prospective residents Process Applications for Leases Prepare leases and complete lease signings Answer phones, provide customer service to residents Assist Property Manager as needed Applicant must be highly motivated, organized, energetic and be able to provide excellent customer service. This is a part-time position. Computer knowledge is necessary. Knowledge of MRI Property Management software program is a plus. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
