when no one is looking We ask for help when we need it Leasing Agent APM is looking to add a Leasing Agent to our North Region which services our properties primarily in the Gladstone, MO area. The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, greeting prospects, presenting professionally the features and benefits of the community, securing lease agreements, qualifying new residents, and other tasks assigned by the Community Manager or the Regional Manager. The candidate must have the ability to work an occasional Saturday.

$18hr to $21/hr

Experience & Requirements:

1 year of multi-family experience preferred Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Familiarity with property management software preferred Valid Driver's License Positive references Axiom Property Management is part of the Axiom Family of Companies and offers….
