Looking for a reliable Part time Leasing Consultant to work approx. 12-15 hours (Weekends Only ) for our apartment community. This candidate should be professional, energetic and have strong marketing skills to help make our community successful, and is motivated by providing great customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist prospective tenants in touring the property
• Provide information about available units, lease terms, and rental rates
• Conduct background and credit checks on potential tenants
• Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately
• Maintain guest cards and complete follow-ups
• Assist in Move-ins and Move-outs
• Assist in collection of rental payments from tenants
• Address tenant inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate with maintenance staff in taking maintenance service requests

Qualifications:

• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Ability to negotiate lease terms with prospective tenants
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork
