Primary Responsibilities Call and text company-provided leads: online inquiries, Google calls, website leads, sign calls, and past client referrals Call outbound lists: expired listings, canceled listings, and for-sale-by-owner Build rapport quickly and find out what the buyer or homeowner needs Follow up consistently until the lead is ready to meet with an agent Set qualified appointments for our agents and track what happens to them Log every conversation in our CRM Spend most of the day on the phone and meet daily call and appointment targets What We Provide Company-provided leads from day one Dialer, CRM, scripts, and systems Hands-on training and weekly coaching Hourly base pay plus commission on every closing from your appointments, plus a bonus for every qualified appointment that holds Paid time off after the 90-day training period Missouri real estate license paid for after 90 days Requirements Previous sales or phone-based experience required.
