Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist prospective tenants in a professional and friendly manner
• Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential renters
• Provide information on rental rates, lease terms, and property amenities
• Process rental applications and conduct background checks
• Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately
• Collect rent payments and follow up on late payments
• Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and lease agreements
• Coordinate move-in and move-out inspections with tenants

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of property management software (CMMS) is a plus
• Familiarity with Section 8 housing regulations is desirable
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in data entry and computer skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Knowledge of office procedures and phone etiquette
