ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
This is an in-person, relationship-based sales role. You will work directly with homeowners to educate, guide, and support them through the roofing process by: Meeting with homeowners to assess needs Explaining roofing solutions and timelines Coordinating free inspections with expert teams Assisting customers through the insurance process Participating in ongoing coaching and development Professionalism, consistency, and trust define success here.
COMPENSATION AND GROWTH
Paid Training:
$500
•750 weekly
Sales Representatives:
$6,000
•12,000 per month
Roofing Specialists:
$9,000
•18,000 per month
Sales Leadership:
$250,000+ annually
Regional Leadership:
$350,000+ annually Earnings include performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission. Advancement is earned, not promised.
