Key Responsibilities

Greet prospective residents and conduct professional property tours.

Assist current and prospective residents in both English and Spanish.

Provide exceptional customer service and build positive resident relationships.

Process applications, lease agreements, renewals, and resident documentation.

Maintain accurate resident files and leasing records.

Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage office communications.

Assist with marketing initiatives, lead follow-up, and community outreach efforts.

Support daily leasing office operations and maintain a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Previous apartment leasing experience or strong customer service background required.

Excellent communication, sales, and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Experience with property management software is a plus.
