This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service and resident satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Welcome prospective residents and conduct professional property tours.

Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.

Process rental applications, lease documents, renewals, and resident records.

Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and manage office communications.

Assist with marketing initiatives, lead follow-up, and community outreach efforts.

Support daily leasing office operations to ensure an efficient leasing process.

Maintain accurate files and records while ensuring compliance with company procedures.

Create and maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment.

Qualifications

Previous apartment leasing experience preferred.

Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy office setting.

Comfortable using computers and property management software.

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
