This opportunity is ideal for a leasing professional with a proven background in multifamily housing who excels at building resident relationships, closing leases, and delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities

Greet prospective residents and conduct engaging property tours.

Guide prospects through the leasing process from initial inquiry to move-in.

Process rental applications, lease agreements, renewals, and resident documentation.

Maintain accurate resident files and leasing records.

Respond to phone calls, emails, and online inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Follow up on leads and assist with occupancy and resident retention goals.

Support marketing initiatives and community outreach efforts.

Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.

Maintain a professional and welcoming leasing office environment.

Qualifications

Previous apartment leasing experience required.

Experience using Yardi property management software is required.

Strong sales, leasing, and customer service skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
