Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers throughout the Subaru purchase experience Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of Subaru vehicles, safety technology, and features Provide a transparent, pressure-free sales process aligned with Subaru values Conduct follow-up communication to build long-term relationships and loyalty Collaborate with management and teammates to achieve individual and store goals

Qualifications:

Passion for the Subaru brand and its customers Friendly, customer-focused personality with strong communication skills Sales experience preferred but not required Willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Ability to work retail hours, including some evenings and weekends
