Part-Time Real Estate License Required Seeking a highly organized, professional, and motivated Part-Time Licensed Real Estate Assistant to support our busy and growing real estate business in Naples, Florida. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced real estate environment. This position is perfect for someone who holds an active Florida real estate license and enjoys the operational, client-service, and transaction side of the business. Knowledge of Appfiles and Skyslope are a bonus.

Responsibilities May Include:

Assisting with new listings from preparation through closing Coordinating listing paperwork, disclosures, and transaction documents Scheduling photography, inspections, showings, appointments, and other services Entering and updating listings in the MLS Preparing listing and marketing materials Communicating professionally with clients, agents, title companies, vendors, and other parties Following up on transaction deadlines and important dates Assisting with buyer and seller files Helping prepare for open houses and broker events Updating databases and maintaining organized client and transaction records Providing general administrative and real estate support as needed

Qualifications:

Active Florida Real Estate License required Previous real estate experience strongly preferred Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Exceptional attention to detail Comfortable with technology and learning new systems Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines Dependable, proactive, and able to work independently Strong commitment to providing a high level of client service Knowledge of MLS and real estate transaction processes is a plus What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their responsibilities, anticipates what needs to be done, and understands that exceptional service and attention to detail are essential in luxury and residential real estate.
