Job Description
Job Purpose Guide borrowers through all phases of obtaining a residential mortgage loan (preapproval, disclosure, processing, underwriting, and closing). Allow the sales team to focus on finding new clients instead of processing loan files. Duties and responsibilities Loan Processing Gathering, Organizing, and Managing Confidential Client Documents Reviewing, Analyzing, and Advising Clients about document deficiencies Uploading, Emailing, Faxing, and Scanning documents Data Entry

$35,000.00- $50,000.
