Responsibilities:

Meet with pre-qualified buyer and seller leads provided by our ISA team. Conduct home walkthroughs, listing presentations, and buyer consultations using team-provided customized decks. Negotiate purchase agreements and guide clients seamlessly from offer to close. Maintain active communication with your dedicated administrative support staff. Participate in weekly team masterminds and individual performance check-ins.

Qualifications:

License:

Active Real Estate License (Required).

Experience:

1+ years of active real estate production or a proven track record of closed transactions preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Growth-oriented mindset eager to scale production with full operational leverage.
