REAL ESTATE ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
The Newark, New Jersey office of FBT Gibbons is seeking a Real Estate Associate. Qualifications 3-7 years of experience as a commercial real estate attorney handling complex lending transactions Significant experience with commercial real estate financing (preferably borrower side), including experience independently negotiating substantive provisions of loan agreements, guarantees and other loan documents Significant experience with negotiating purchase and sale agreements in connection with complex acquisitions and dispositions Experience with redevelopment work in New Jersey is a plus Admission in New Jersey or New York Compensation The salary range for this role is $185,000 to $215,000, reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.
