In this role, you will provide clear, accurate commentary on real estate topics, including market trends, property types, development practices, and local regulations. The expected commitment is approximately four hours per month. We are hiring real estate experts from all verticals, from residential through retail, and across all cities. You will review our real estate content and provide critical feedback on how we can improve its accuracy. Your expert commentary will be used to fine-tune the most accurate forecasting models in the world. These models are designed to predict events and outcomes across real estate markets globally. Qualifications Strong knowledge of real property, supported by practical or professional experience. Ability to communicate complex real estate concepts clearly and concisely in written and verbal form. A detail-oriented approach to reviewing documents and data. A commitment to accuracy and consistency. At least five years of real estate experience. Engagement details Remote contract position. Open to experts located anywhere in the United States.
