Part-time or full-time, daytime-first schedule, and a real path from rentals into buyer clients.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

• Respond to inbound rental leads fast (our systems tee them up — you take the conversation)
• Schedule and run showings across

Essex County:

Bloomfield, Nutley, Montclair, the Caldwells, and nearby towns

• Guide renters through applications, screening, and lease signing
• Keep every lead updated in our CRM — follow-up is the job, and our automation does the heavy lifting with you
• Stay connected with the renters you place; they become your future buyers

WHAT YOU GET

SCHEDULE

Part-time to full-time. Daytime-first — most showings and follow-up happen during business hours. Flexibility for the occasional evening or weekend showing helps you close more, but this is not a nights-and-weekends grind.
