This one hands you renters who already asked for help. CC360 Realty is a boutique brokerage in Essex County, NJ with an active rental lead pipeline.. We need one licensed agent to work them. Part-time or full-time, daytime-first schedule, and a real path from rentals into buyer clients.
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
- Respond to inbound rental leads fast (our systems tee them up — you take the conversation)
- Schedule and run showings across
Essex County:
Bloomfield, Nutley, Montclair, the Caldwells, and nearby towns- Guide renters through applications, screening, and lease signing
- Keep every lead updated in our CRM — follow-up is the job, and our automation does the heavy lifting with you
- Stay connected with the renters you place; they become your future buyers
