This opportunity is offered through Entryway South Carolina . Participants will complete a FREE 4-Day Entry-Level Leasing Agent Training (dates: 8/24/2026-8/27/2026), covering basic property management skills including sales, marketing, property management, leasing and fair housing. After training, participants receive support connecting with local employer partners in the multifamily industry. Job placement is not guaranteed , but our partners offer discounted housing upon employment. This opportunity will be offered to the first 5 participants that fully complete the onboarding process through Entryway South Carolina, detailed in a follow up message. Responsibilities:

Learn and practice basic property management skills Gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day work of a leasing agent Prepare for interviews and job applications with employer partners

Requirements:

Any experience in sales, marketing, and/or clerical preferred Must be 18+ Ability to attend all training days
