Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the leasing activities and resident relations of our apartment community.Duties:
- Conduct property tours for prospective tenants
- Process lease applications and renewals
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs
- Maintain accurate records of prospective and current tenants
- Respond to inquiries from current and prospective residents
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations
