If you are looking for a company with upward mobility, this is an excellent opportunity. The income potential for this position is substantial and limited only by your desire and effort. We have an uncapped compensation plan resulting in an average annual income of $60,000-$120,000, with opportunities to make 2-3 times this amount. This position is entirely commission-based, only limited by your motivation. We are currently looking for determined, hardworking, top performers. You must have a real estate license or are interested in becoming licensed. We can help you with that, but you MUST obtain a license. You need to be able to work independently and have the desire to control your personal and professional growth. You must have a strong work ethic and a desire to be successful.
What You'll Do:
Create and manage a pipeline of clients ranging from all types of homeowners and business owners. You'll be responsible for generating leads by frequently calling, emailing, texting, and visiting homeowners and businesses. You will have presentations with homeowners/businesses. You'll become an expert in real estate and make recommendations quickly to suit client needs. You'll learn to ask probing questions and overcome customer objections to close more transactions. All of these things will allow you to achieve and consistently exceed your monthly goals. What We're Looking for

Job Types :
This is a full-time, commission-based job opportunity. You are an independent contractor, with earnings being as much as you desire.
Potential Income:
$60,000 to $120,000 per year.
Experience:
Current Real Estate license, or interest in obtaining a license. Sales experience is preferred.
